Humber Honey Inc. is an Ontario-based honey company built around a simple idea: honey can be much more than something you stir into tea or spread on your toast.

At the heart of Humber Honey is locally sourced wildflower honey, carefully harvested and celebrated for the natural differences that occur from season to season and location to location. Rather than treating honey as a completely uniform product, Humber Honey embraces those differences. Each harvest can carry its own colour, aroma, flavour profile, and character based on the flowers available to the bees and the environment surrounding the hives.
That sense of place and season forms the foundation of the Humber Honey brand.
